- Council of Elders
- A composition of Council of Elders who should not be more than 11 shall be appointed by the Executive Council. In accordance with the Constitution, the Council of Elders shall be the advisory body of the Association.
- Legal Committee
- This Committee, among others, will ensure that the Association complies with its Constitution and the relevant by-laws in all aspects of its activities.

- Finance Committee
- The role of the Finance Committee is spelt out in the Constitution.
- Projects Committee
- This committee supervises all projects in the school from start to finish.
They have a dossier on outstanding projects in the school and liaise with old girls and the school authorities on priority projects to be sponsored by old girls, the ministry of education, corporate bodies or philanthropists.

- Media/Communications Committee
- This Committee deals with the internal and external publicity of SMOSA.
- Social Committee
- This is the hub of SMOSA/SMOPSA programmes and activities in the school such as:
- Speech Days- Speech Day Planning Committee and celebrating Year Group will work with the School S&PGD Committee on the Event
- Sports Events
- St Monica’s Day and other celebrations
- This is the hub of SMOSA/SMOPSA programmes and activities in the school such as:
- Welfare Committee
- This group will serve as a liaison on sharing information or providing contacts/support based on member needs. This committee’s focus is actual members and not extended family. They will also liaise with the health committee to provide awareness programs, materials or information on women’s health, such as, breast cancer, fibroids, childbirth or parenting.
- School Development Committee
- This group will serve as a liaison on sharing information or providing contacts/support based on member needs. This committee’s focus is actual members and not extended family. They will also liaise with the health committee to provide awareness programs, materials or information on women’s health, such as, breast cancer, fibroids, childbirth or parenting.
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Committee
- Advise on improving and supporting the students with science, technology, engineering and maths.
- Mentorship Committee
- This group will provide support for training, coaching and grooming of the students and will work with the School Administration to foster changes and programmes needed.
- Health Committee
- Advise on improving the Infirmary and the general health and well-being of the students. They will oversee the work, performance and equipping the infirmary. The group will serve as an advisory body, working with the Asst Head for Domestic Affairs and the nurses to run the infirmary to a professional standard.
- Prayer Committee (Pastoral Care)
- Advise and provide Spiritual covering for Old Students and the School.
